Honey Mustard Catfish

Found this recipe on one of my favorite food blogs and had to try it. Cooking this one was simple; simpler than something this delicious should be.
- 1 part honey
- 2 parts dijon
- 1/2 parts Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of salt
1) Prepare marinate. Mix honey, dijon, and Worcestershire sauce in a plastic bag.
2) Place catfish in the plastic bag with the marinate and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
3) Take the filet out of the bag and cook on a grill for 3-4 minutes per side, adding pinches of salt during the cooking process. Check out my new stovetop grill (you're jealous)!
